A gentle yet empowering postnatal Pilates class designed to help you reconnect with your incredible body.
Mama Sculpt focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving stability, and restoring balance while honouring the journey you’ve just taken. With supportive guidance, you’ll re-engage muscles, move mindfully, and celebrate every step of your recovery. Babies are always welcome, come as you are and leave feeling strong, centered, and proud.
About Me
After having babies, I struggled to feel comfortable in my new body. I was distracted, unable to be fully present with my children, and too focused on not feeling like myself.
Pilates was the practice that changed everything. It offered me a way to reconnect – to find peace of mind through movement, and I’ve found that after a tough workout, everything else feels a little easier – my body feels lighter, my mind calmer, and challenges more manageable.
Today, I feel grounded in my body and present in my life. My goal as an instructor is to help others experience that same sense of balance, strength, and self-connection through Pilates.
